		2 JW's and 1 App - Project to last until end of June. This project is Davis Bacon so Contractor cannot use CE/CW’s. The schedule will be 5- 9.5 hour days during the week and 8 hours on Saturday. Mud boots are recommended as the site can get muddy after rain.
		Comments: The following is required for the project: 1- Drivers License 2- Social Security Card 3- Steel Toed Boots 4- A voided check for payroll
